The Fallen, Roy Kergambert

Roy is the current head of The Kergambert Family and is running to be next ruler of Tamriel. Roy's main objective when acquiring the throne is to end the kingdom's dependence on higher powers, like The Nine Divines and Daedra Princes. Roy doesn't want to abolish religion but to only make a nation strong enough to not be depended on them.
Many people in the country loved Roy because Roy's family has always been very close friends with the previous King's family and had attended many events that were with commoners but in recent event, involving The Princess' Cult many people don't think Roy can rule the country anymore which led him to drop out of the election.
A great accomplishment that Roy mentioned about doing when he became king, was killing The Blood Whale, but instead had accomplished that deed with doing it when he was running for the throne.

Appearances (when a session has a "[!]" means that more may have to be revealed about the character for me to write it in):
Session 3: Roy was first seen greeting the party to his mansion, and also making sure Elwen knew she was on her last favor from him, and allowed the party to stay the night to get rid of a curse they had. Also in this session he began to plan out an attack on The Blood Whale after learning it's whereabouts.
Session 4[!]: The Roy, Camlet and Elwen faction launched an attack on the Blood Whale and succeed, Roy also used his 100 Slash Sword to help defeat the whale and afterward sent some of his men to help with the Princess Cult problem going on in Appleby.
Session 5[!]: Roy's convoy was going back to the capital city when he was ambushed by Greed and Gluttony, not much is known about what happened during the attack, but the main result of the attack was Roy getting his memories eaten.
Session 7: Roy was seen at the Camlet party as one of the judges in cake wars, when the attack of Rimmen happened he disappeared into one of the safehouses but his faction, Grayhardt, Felix and Wilhelm helped in the fight (Roy had already lost control to Melancholy by this point).
Session 10: Roy had dropped out of the election (which wasn't technically his doing, it was Melancholy's doing).
