Priscilla Dormer is a high elf noblewoman in the Dormer Family. Priscilla had a high interest in wars at a young age. With the large amounts of money that her family had, she would often do war simulations with her own personal army that the head of the Dormer family would provide for her. The war simulations did end up in casualties, and the law would always look the other way when it happened. These war simulations is what made Priscilla into a genius war strategist, but also an arrogant woman. When Priscilla was asked the reason why she was joining the Royal Selection, she said, "Because I want the people to bow their heads by just the sight of me". Priscilla also mentioned that she plans on taking Skyrim back from the Nords once in for all.

Session 5[!]: Priscilla's first appearance was her listening to Bud's and Baldr's street performance. Even though Bud did poorly on his performance, compared to Baldr, Priscilla took a liking to Bud and asked him to join her faction for the Royal Selection, with a salary of 700 gold a week, just to be her entertainer and took Bud to her mansion for him to sign a contract, which Bud could not read, and Bud refused the job offer.
Session 6: Priscilla denounced Elwen's camp for killing a poor child's uncle, while in reality she was blowing it out of proportion and the uncle was actually a cultist spy. The denouncement costed Elwen 10 votes from the senate and kicked Elwen out of 2nd place.

Session 7: Priscilla barged into Camlet's party and asked why she wasn't invited to the party. When The Attack On Rimmen started she left the main group that was going to assault the town hall, to go do "her own thing"
Session 8: Priscilla managed to capture Gluttony and sent him to the capitol.
Session 12: Priscilla got drunk at Elwen's inauguration and sent one of her guards to his death when she ordered him to attack 6 Mansoons.
Session 13: Priscilla was seen in battle armor and was preparing to take back Mournwind, Priscilla nearly made Bud go back with her to The Summerset Isles, to continue preparing. Sad for Priscilla because Bud refused.
Holidays
If Priscilla became queen she would've added a holiday on her birthday called, The Goddess' Day where people all around the country would be celebrating Priscilla and all her beauty.
