Queen Elwen

Elwen is apart of a really rare race in Tamriel called, Snow Elves who were enslaved and beaten down by the Dwarfs during the Ancient Era. Elwen also has a strangely large resemblance to Princess Stella, who the people of Tamriel despise, so Elwen is the least liked candidate out of the four. Elwen believes that the nobility class shouldn't have more rights than commoners (also making the nobility class hate her too).

Elwen was never seen before until the election started, Elwen's reasoning being that she lived in the forests of Skyrim and didn't know much about the outside world until Constantine founded her.
Constantine was the only reason why she was able to run as a Royal Candidate, because the Mathers family is well-liked in Tamriel.

Session 2: Elwen was only seen briefly by Baldr when he tried to claim Elwen's room as his own.
Session 4: During this session Elwen helped the party defeat, The Blood Whale and launched a large icicle attack, with the help of her familiar, that damage the whale heavily. Elwen did come back to Appleby with the party but didn't stay with them long, instead she helped the villagers evacuate Appleby.
Session 5: While Elwen was escaping from the Princess' Cult there were bombs placed on her carriage, Bud was able to find Elwen and save her before the bombs exploded. Afterwards at the capital city she mentioned how she has no memories of her childhood.
Session 6: Elwen just took care of Otto while he was drunk and had to do lots of Royal Election work. It was also found out that Elwen was the blacked out name in the Gars Journals.
Session 7: Elwen attended Camlet's party with The Slayers Of The 7 and was one of the judges for the cake wars. After the cake wars Elwen went out for a walk and encountered Greed, which Bud and Baldr saw, then went with Mansoon to go to Tinking The Tink when they were stopped unwillingly by Wrath, Wrath saw Elwen and got angry and tried to shoot flames at her but before any damage could reach Elwen, Greed swoops in and saves Elwen and kidnaps Elwen to be her 79th wife.
The party saw the church that Elwen was supposedly to be getting married in and saw large ice magic from the church. When the party defeated Lust they found her dead in a large black coiled sword. Saaxol quickly rushed over to her and revived Elwen.
Session 8: Elwen mentioned the person who killed her wasn't Greed, but instead a devil that Greed summoned named, Diablo. Elwen wasn't seen for much of the session afterwards.
Session 9: Elwen tried to hide Saaxol from Mansoon's wrath and did a talk with a party to learn more about each other.
Session 10: Elwen is now winning the royal election and revealed to the party that both Roy and Camlet had dropped out of the election. Elwen also went to the capital to give a speech to the public.
Session 11: Saaxol contacted Elwen 2 times throughout travelling through the Tower, when Saaxol updated on the progress that the party made, it was learned that Elwen was at the Priscilla Mansion talking with Priscilla.
Session 12: Elwen finally became queen this session! Instead of allowing the pope of the Nine Divines crowning her the new queen of Tamriel, she instead crowned herself. Later in the session she was nearly kidnapped by the Mansoons but somehow she was able to launch a large icicle, freezing Illusion Mansoon.
