Suidae Korna

(Soo · uh · dai - Korn · nuh) "Horned Swine"   Genus of the Suidae family

Basic Information

Anatomy

The Korna Suidae share most characteristics with the Suidae. They do differ in two main ways:   Most notably are the protruding horns atop their skulls. Horn esthetics may differ between species, from spiraled or curved horns, to branched splits akin to antlers. They are generally fixed to the skull, and do not shed off as other animals may do.   Korna Suidae usually include much larger species than the average Suidae. Even, at times, reaching the size of wild cattle to the point that some might mistaken a creature at first glance for a bovine.

Ecology and Habitats

Korna Suidae are only found naturally in the Thalellan's Antlers. That being said, there seems to be generally no environment among the diverse region that species of this Genus do not at the very lease inhabit, if not totally flourish in.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Though, most are still considered to be Omnivorous, many seem to lean closer to Carnivore habits if presented the option.
