Cult of Malaise
The Cult of Malaise believes not only that Malaise' the Fruitful was unjustly slain, but that the Torpor Aristocracy is no less evil than their predecessor, the Arderos Empire. They believe that Malaise' Wall is, therefore, a well deserved plague, and that the swarms of monsters which now ravage the land are representations of eldritch revenge which should be encouraged to wreak havoc. The cult directs the monsters towards settlements, ruin crops and resources, and even outright kill citizens in order to further exacerbate the plagues. They often delve into dark magical secrets and worship Malaise as a visionary.
