Gamma Kais System

A star system in the Arkan galaxy.   The Gamma Kais star itself is a class A, white, star. It is large and luminous, and has several asteroid belts that spaceborne lifeforms cling to and harness the star energy from. Despite the very diferent conditions, various lifeforms have found a way to survive on most worlds of the Gamma Kais System, making it very densely populated with many species - including Troznux.   The system is of high importance to the Hyperion Federation because of this - and although they capture some of the star energy, are careful to not damage the unique ecosystem here.   The Gamma kais system is one of the more important star systems of the various Arkanian spaceborne lifeforms. It is located near the Beta Targos System, so was naturally one of the first star systems they travelled to. Gamma Kais is also a very bright class A star, so a huge amount of Astromoeba has settled on this star. This led to the ecosystem present being very rich - and filled with predators. This improved the biodiversity of the lifeforms in general, and many migratory lifeforms have developed that travel between this system and various other nearby systems.   Signs of previous technological civilization have been found on the system as well. For example, wreckages of starships and stations. The HF has always thought this system was originally owned by a different spacefaring civilization before being taken over by various Arkanian animals and Troznux, which put the system in the state it is now. Perhaps they had a constant war of sorts between the many technological civilizations around the galaxy, but the resultnow is clear: the Harkas bioships have claimed the entire galaxy.   The Hyperion Federation relies on the bioships for system defence and security. They have little in the way of armed stations.
