Theosan Pantheon
The Theosan Pantheon are the deities of Theos, as defined by their worship within the Luisant Empire. The Empire's understanding, depictions, and worshipping practices have been passed on to most extant society, though with varying degrees of adherence.
The deities of the pantheon are considered to have power and influence over, to be responsible for, and/or to have created particular aspects of Pyalea, life, and mortal existence. These domains are considered their purviews, and determine which deity one might pray to depending on the situation, need, or personality of the individual.
While there are common and (at times) official designations for each deity's domain title, the titles are considered to be poetically representative only, with their true domains understood to be all-encompassing of relevant aspects (e.g. Elouan, god of dawn and dusk, is equally god of the sun). Some of the official designations are also easily reversible while still being accurate, representing the duality of all things. For example: Arzhel, god of peace and sorrow, is equally the god of war and joy.
| Deity | Domain |
|---|---|
| Arzhel | Peace & Sorrow |
| Delphine | Renewal & Decay |
| Elouan | Dawn & Dusk |
| Gwenaël | Magic & Mystery |
| Loïc | Order & Chaos |
| Mul'Geran | Hearth & Home |
| Sabine & Candide | Truth & Wisdom |
| Tangi | Wind & Waves |
Gods or deities worshipped outside of the Empire include the redefined Gwenaël of The Order of the Ancient Heart, and The Eternal Flame of Karratas.
