Gwenaël - The Ancient Heart
Gwenaël is a deity of the Theosan Pantheon. They were historically worshipped as part of the complete pantheon of gods, especially within the Luisant Empire, but after the deity's intervention on behalf of mortals during Le Scindere they have become predominantly associated with The Order of the Ancient Heart, of which they are the sole subject of worship.
Within the original pantheon, Gwenaël is considered to be the god of magic and mystery, and is portrayed as a chaotic and enigmatic being.
The Ancient Heart has cast their interpretation of the deity in a more holistic role, closer to a monotheistic worship, though they do acknowledge the existence of the remaining pantheon. Their presented Gwenaël is a benevolent and altruistic deity, with great care for the troubles of mortals.
