Pyalea (pee-alley-ah)
Pyalea is one of the continents on the world of Theos.
Name
Originally referred to as Paysage Aléatoire by the Elves of Terres Dorées, the name means "random hazardous landscape", referring to the extremely volatile and chaotic magics that constantly reshaped and re-characterised the entire continent and its inhabitants.
After the Luisant Empire colonised the landmass and began to tame the wild Magic, the name was gradually bastardised and shortened to Pyalea.
