Overview Kteiroa is a dry, wind-scoured desert planet in the Tlaiowaha Subsector of the Trojan Reach, Kteiroa is an unclaimed planet and not owned by any clan. Because of the Yellowgreen sun this planet has winter conditions at times.  The settlement on this planet is Aslan who are either out cast or clanless Asaln. It serves as a neutral meeting ground for Ihatei camps because of its neturality. The camp located 12wandering and expansionist Aslan warriors who seek new territories beyond the core Hierate. Though harsh and inhospitable, its strategic location and sparse population make it ideal for secretive diplomatic exchanges, warband negotiations, and inter-clan arbitration.   Society & Government Government Type: Kteiroa is a Captive Colony, ruled by a small oligarchic council appointed by the parent Aslan clan. It enforces clan policy, settles Ihatei disputes, and maintains strategic secrecy.   Law Level (6):   Permitted: Blades, light arms (pistols), basic hunting weapons.   Restricted/Illegal: Automatic weapons, explosives, military-grade equipment.   Enforcement: Limited garrison-style enforcers, mostly clan-appointed Aslan guards with combat experience. Disputes are often handled through traditional dueling rites before escalation.   Technology & Infrastructure (TL–8) Communication: Fiber-optic lines link domed compounds. Satellite uplinks provide orbital coordination and limited net access.   Power: Improved geothermal generators are buried beneath key settlements. High-capacity batteries and solar arrays are used in mobile units and vehicles.   Transportation:   Land: Heavily modified sand-crawlers and all-terrain grav sleds.   Air: Hypersonic jets and VTOL dropships ferry Ihatei between surface and orbit.   Space: Kteiroa maintains one small orbital platform and a functional launch pad for system shuttles and troop transports.   Military Presence Naval Base: The local Naval Base is a secure, underground facility embedded in a jagged mesa formation outside the main settlement of Kahroa Rift Station. It services Aslan corvettes, scouts, and troop carriers.   Function: The base is vital for monitoring movement along this section of the Trojan Reach and provides refueling, repair, and meeting logistics for Ihatei warbands.   Access: Civilians and off-worlders are strictly forbidden without clearance from clan authorities.   Role in the Aslan Hierate Kteiroa serves as:   A controlled point of convergence for otherwise semi-independent Ihatei warlords.   A neutral ground for rite-sanctioned duels, territory claims, and hierarchical arbitration among Aslan nobles.   A logistics and intelligence node for the overseeing Aslan clan, allowing them to monitor expansion efforts while controlling supply and access to heirless land beyond the Hierate's borders.   Due to its status, Kteiroa is both politically sensitive and tactically useful—a place where the future of frontier expansions may be decided not in battle, but across negotiation tables or dueling pits carved into sunbaked stone.   Kteiroa is a cold, low-population, desert world. It is a member of the Aslan Hierate, maintained by a small family of outcasts tied to the Ahroay'if clan. Formerly known as Stross, Kteiroa was governed by a noble from the Kingdom of Drinax, until captured by the Aslan Hierate in a war that shattered the Kingdom. Kteiroa is a haunt of pirates, smugglers and free traders and has seen increasing traffic from ihatei scouts, who use this last Aslan world as a refueling post before jumping to the human worlds along the Hierate border.

Geography

Environment Climate: Arid and scorching, with vast dune seas, rocky escarpments, and salt flats that stretch for hundreds of kilometers.   Water: No free-standing water exists on the surface; any water is extracted from deep aquifers or imported.   Settlements: Scattered domed outposts and modular habitats cling to the deeper desert canyons, where temperatures are slightly less brutal.   Atmosphere: Thin but breathable; most wear light filtration masks during sandstorms or high heat.
