Nebograd
This article pertains to the city-state. For the ruling republic of the same name, see the Nebograd Republic.
Nebograd, also called the City of Towers, is a city-state and guild republic in Adronica. Built by dwarves, it is situated on a bustling trade crossroad, and is dedicated to Nebesa of the Stars. While predominantly inhabited by humans and dwarves, it is a major tourist hub, for its preeminent arcane university, many great temples and the Wrest Tree, the tallest known tree, highly treasured for its arcane crafting potential.
Groundwater is in incredibly low supply in Nebograd, and rothé are used to bore and pump water from wells deep beneath the ground. Clerics are often employed to create water to sustain the city-state's agriculture, and most farmers harvest rainwater.

Geography
Nebograd is situated in the valley of a mountain, positioned in the middle of a small desert. As such, its surrounds are arid, whilst Nebograd itself is pleasantly mild. However, due to the changes in elevation, the city experiences a variation in temperatures. During the Mistswell, the mist rises to the lowest parts of the valley, where it remains for five months, until the Mistdown.Districts

This tradition originated with dwarven clans, although the republic's mages are largely considered to possess the highest concentration of powers. Executive powers are determined from a lottery of guild members.History
The Nebograd Republic was initially built by dwarves in approximately 1200 Lowland Era, before being abandoned some few hundred years later, due to fires. As a result of the rising mist, it came to be inhabited once more, at first by the descendants of the earlier inhabiting clans. Its original name, Rrinultok, is still often used by the city's dwarves.Culture
