Lost Criminals - TSWK

Several prison transports where sent across Leeboar Sea to transfer prisoners from the town jail to a correctional institute on the eastern coast. A few of these criminals where also sent for higher security as Dewshore does not have any prisons. The lost ships have been assumed to have sunk due to conflict aboard or to whatever attacked the mercantile ships, with the knowledge that Zala has amassed followers there is a fear that the ships where not sunk but captured and the criminals have turned to her side. Summarised below are all of the criminals that have been transported who are considered a threat if they have joined Zala.

Thok

Accused of insurrection and murder. He broke into the Azure hall during a meeting between members of the Council of Luminaries killing two before he was restrained. He continually demanded trial by combat against them and tried to break out of jail on four occasions before he was sent to Tradfell for imprisonment until his origin could be determined.

 

Threat: A powerful fighter capable of overpowering multiple men and always seeking to fight.

Harald

Accused of arson. The teenager was taken out of a burning home in the pits as they where slowly walking out. First assumed to be a victim, a body was found shackled to a chair inside the house the boy left. Guardsmen believe he had restrained the owner of the home and set him on fire, watching the whole thing as the fire burned around him. He refused to speak with officials and was to be moved to a correctional institute.

Threat: A flame sorcerer without emotions

Miltrud

Miltrud owned the green crescent apothecary and used it as a distribution hub for any criminals seeking aid. She was extremely greedy and is believed to be behind the death of her family for inheritance. During her capture she escaped by poisoning the guards with smuggled goods. She was moved to Tradfell for higher security.

Threat: A gnome responsible for creating and distributing high quality poisons and potions to criminals.

Omori

A former member of Silent Hand who was reported after allegedly straying to far from their mission. They had put pressure on multiple members of the Assembly of Masters to the point where they threatened to hold significant sway in Dewshore. They were caught and handed over by the Silent Hand but could not be kept at Dewshore due to their stealth and escape techniques.

 

Threat: An undetectable assassin with unknown motives.

Benedikt

A member of House Blackstone with high standing stood accused of intentional neglect leading to death of multiple members of Tradfell's Assembly of Masters. He had been charged with their protection during a journey and took according to survivors several risk filled decisions and when a battle broke out he remained defensive to the point of being passive to far away from the masters. He was aboard the ship to be tried for his crimes in the capital.

 

Threat: Acclaimed master strategist and adept swordsman
