Personal history
Luvys Yordt was the Lord of the Gap during the reign of King Pulus I and King Durwn I. He sided with Pulus I during the War of the Dragon and one of his sons, Amylar, perished during the fighting. After the war, Luvys was deeply opposed to the raising of new nobles to positions of power, and he began arguing for an independent Yordtrad kingdom.
After the coronation of Durwn I, Luvys returned to Serkmöne and began pushing for further colonisation of the unclaimed lands to his south. He allowed his son Ageryc to become a squire to Durwn based upon his promise to ensure that Ageryc would succeed Luvys when he died.
During the Fourth Ferrarian Civil War, Luvys led a mix of Yordt and colonial troops against the forces of Qamron Osvar, Iacundar Hill, and Durwn I. After the war, Luvys became Luvys I of the New Yordtrad Kingdom. His new kingdom, however, eventually became absorbed by the Yekarian Confederation after his death.
