Kingdom of Mäzgyrazrfold

In 1775 S.C., the rising Second Centaur Khanate would crush the Enctör tribes to the north of Blazennia. Though separated by mountains from this nation, many Enctör fled into the Empire. When Emperor Eberhald I ascended the throne, he decided to create a small duchy for the Enctör to rule over within the empire in the sparsely populated north of the country, which was where most of them had settled. That Duchy was known as Enctörlönd, though it was always Mäzgyrazrfold in the Enctör tounge.
Initally, the rulers of Mäzgyrazrfold were very loyal to the crown, and staunch allies of the rulers of Emberkeep, always remembering what the Lumidbrine dynasty had done for them. However, such friendships don't last forever. By the time Csömbor took control over the nation, the Mäzgyr had developed a grude against the rest of the empire, who always looked down upon them and consequentially refused to grant them a higher ranking title. Despite having a seat on the imperial council, Mäzgyrazrfold's leadership felt that their concerns were being ignored and that the Enctör populace was being ignored. Essentially, they believed that a tyranny of the majority had been established. This feeling was further exacerbated after the Dennonian Wars, as Emperor Alezar VIII did not open up the new lands to Enctör settlement or grant any of the lands to Enctör rulers, despite their support for his appointment. It was felt that Alezar and the Lumiäire dynasty in general were taking Mäzgyrazrfold for granted.
This attitude gave Csömbor, ruler of Mäzgyrazrfold, the perfect excuse to start plotting against Alezar. He enlisted the aid of some of the most disgruntled contituents- largely the most powerful as well. This coalition was made up of countries such as Turselessen, which was only a duchy and had no say on the council despite their large population and great wealth, alongside countries like Bahran, who despite having a council seat felt that their power was too limited. Thus in 1988, the countries launched a civil war against the Emperor. Being larger states, they were able to militarily overwhelm the smaller allies of Emberkeep while simulaneously winning on the magical front, largely thanks to Csömbor himself. Following their victory, after seven years of war, the victors carved up the empire.
As the leading member of the coalition, Mäzgyrazrfold took the lion's share of the spoils. They seized Csaishavel, one of the most important shipbuilding cities in the empire, and Drasdal, the third largest city on lake Leona. This was of course alongside the complete annexation of the rest of Emberkeep's possessions. Csömbor also took control of the magical education of the empire, and completely reorganized the council, placing Mäzgyrazrfold at the head.
