Relic Chamber
The Relic Chamber is a large, eight-sided room with carved walls that each have been decorated in different styles. The cavern has a single entrance, that seems to change where it leads: Either into a smaller, circular room with a podium in its centre, or a door into a small storage room in upper Ironstar. The only source of light in the Relic Chamber is a soft glow coming from each of the walls, where veins of Glowstone intermingle with the smooth carvings. The chamber's ceiling is decorated with a complex artwork that depicts eight vastly different landscapes, from an endless misty labyrinth to a city made of perfectly tuned cogs.
In each wall (with the exception of the one with the door) there is an alcove that seems to fit a unique item. They are theorised to each be for one of the eight Elphead Relics of the Rebellion. One of the visions induced by the Vision Stone seemed to depict Elphead champions constructing the chamber with their voices during dark times in their history. This was later confirmed to have been part of the chaining of the Unbecoming, with the Elphead Relics acting as conductors.
Adventures of the Formidable Disparates
Blueberry and Nym found themselves in this chamber after they moved the Disk of the Traveller, one of the Elphead Relics, from its original place, triggering a journey from the Forgotten Realms into Syoll. During their preparations for the Battle of Ironstar, the Formidable Disparates visited the chamber and formed hypotheses on what the remaining Relics would be. Recognising its potential significance to Magnus Bellowbrand, they ordered for the chamber to be well-guarded for the forseeable future. The significance of the chamber was later confirmed to the Stormholders by the Dirge at the centre of the Astral Plane. It was revealed that the paintings on the ceiling stand for a map to the Unbecoming's prison plane.
