The Dancing Frog Inn

The Dancing Frog Inn is located not too far away from Wellspring Square in Ironstar. The inn is owned and run by Gella Carbonhill, who bought it after she resigned from her position as Ironstar’s Triad Representative to lead a "more normal life". Its sign shows a frog holding a cane and wearing a top hat, dancing upright with a smile.   Next to the rooms she rents out, Gella also cooks and serves a limited variety of drinks for any who want to spend some time in the front room of the Dancing Frog. Once a month, the Frog even hosts a “music night”, where a variety of artists, professionals and amateurs, may perform and share their art with each other.   While the people of Ironstar started out as suspicious of the establishment, it has steadily grown in popularity and now hosts quite a few regulars. It has also become a point of interest for certain individuals interested in political history, but these are often politely dismissed by Gella, who prefers not to be asked about her time in the council.  

Adventures of the Formidable Disparates

When the Formidable Disparates first met in Ironstar, they retrieved an old family heirloom for Gella that Arkan Jaff had stolen from her. When they brought it back to her, she did not have a lot of money to give them (since most of the Carbonhill wealth is in the form of goods, not gold), but offered for them to stay at the inn for free, at least for a week or two. They accepted and so stayed in the Dancing Frog until they were given the Eagle's Nest by Hevion Carbonhill.
