Ron Sanchez
With age comes experience. With time comes memories.
Ron is the last of three members of Lostling's Hope that survived the eruption of the Ashvine. The oldest member of the Order by far, Ron is the archivist. Before he was snatched he acted as a storyteller in northern Mexico, and brought that with him to the Dark Forest. Able to understand the deep link the Dark Forest and its amphibian god has with stories, he spends most of his time combing through the information that Howards finds during his travels, looking for more ways to find either those who were lost or stop future snatching events.

Howard and Ron have known each other for a long time. As members of the Order, they both live in Lostling's Hope when it was taken by the Ashvine. That event forged a strong relationship between the two, but with Howard nothing is ever simple.
Relationship Reasoning
Howard sees Ron as a great storyteller, a tool, and a friend. Which one takes precedence varies on a moment by moment basis. Ron on the other hand worries for Howard, but Howard's lack of honesty towards him prevents him from helping. For now, he helps Howard because he's unsure what else he can do.
