Tycho Rimwater
Tycho Rimwater was an Arqu man who lived during the latter part of the Fourth Era and the beginning of the Fifth Era. In the last part of his life, he led a small hunting community on Aurora Point island.
Rimwater was born in an Arqu community in the Old Elvish Mountains in 7665. He was the son of nobles, learning the arts of statecraft and politics. When he came of age, he was a member of his community's council of leaders. Due to expansion into their territory by outside forces, Rimwater's community gradually became weaker. Eventually there were few individuals to lead at all, and his community largely disbanded. Rimwater began a new community in 8057, on the island of Aurora Point, that centered around hunting the island's red-tail deer. Though the village never grew large, its members got along well and Rimwater was able to run the area smoothly, forming a good relationship with the townsfolk. Both Rimwater's village and life came to and end in 8076, when Malevolence 5, a war machine leftover from The Twenty-Year War, was accidentally unleashed on the island. Over a few days, Rimwater along with the rest of the village began to lose their minds. Unable to cope, Rimwater barricaded himself in his manor, and drank himself to death in his wine cellar. His body was found that same year by a party led by Marcilla Beauregard, who was searching the island for her sister and uncle. His body was later buried as part of a memorial to those that had perished on the island.
