Architecture
Exterior
The station's is primarily art nouveau in design, incorporating themes of twisting metal and natural plants & wood, and colors of green, brown, and gold on walls, doors, arches, and its large, glass, domed ceiling
The exterior of the cylindrical building is made of what appears to be stone in the shape of live wood, grown in symmetrical arches repeating around the circumference of the building, with curving and intertwined branches. The stone-wood arches frame large glass windows , except for the two sets outlining double doors out onto Wellmore St and Council Ave.
The building is topped by a green metal frame in a similar winding, symmetrical branching pattern. The frame and glass panes forming a stained-glass dome of various colors and geometric shapes.
Interior
The interior of the building matches the stone-wood style of the exterior, well lit in patches of colorful light from the stained glass dome above. Around the circumference are a number of generally up-scale shops, catering to travelers and others who might stop in on their way past or to the station. On the far end from the main Wellmore St entrance are a set of ticket windows. In the center of the building are two intertwined spiral staircases of similar green, metal, live-wood make.
Platform
The staircases end on the bottom level, on the train platform, moving in opposite directions. The floor of the underground platform is made up of polished hexagonal marble tiles, it's narrow width ending in both directions at a sheer drop several feet onto a lightning rail track.
The semi-cylindrical tunnels containing the tracks disappear into darkness in either direction. In that longer direction, the platform ends in walls adorned with mosaics depicting the scenery towards which those trains would travel. One, a tile motif of the Genfreet mountain range, and the other of Cragfinger Cove.
