The Government of National Emergency
The remnants of Artesja's federal government are scattered and largely viewed as illegitimate by many of the other factions in the Civil War, even including other members of the Democratic Front. The Civil Government didn't really form or break off like most of the other factions, but is a catch-all term for all of the provinces that still maintain their loyalties to the crown and the parliament, these territories include most of the Pannalian basin, some of the western Kala mountains, the territory around Viaz castle in the north, and the eastern islands currently under Marine Corps Control.
