Rivenden
Nestled on the slow flowing Evermore River is the small town of Rivenden. Frigid winters require homes to be thick and hardy, made from plaster, stone, and hard wood while heavy rains during spring have buried many of them under thick moss and vines. The town smells of the looming fall harvest: fresh apples, onions, garlic, and so on fill your senses as early bloomers are put on market shelves.
A tributary of the Evermore cuts through the town, disappearing into tunnels below the village before resurfacing near the central market. A soft burbling accompanies market criers and the idle chit-chat of customers.
