Steel Overseer
A Steel Overseer is a military dictator elected by a collected council of Lord Mayors. They are elected only in times of war, when the city states within Härtenstadt need to be unified under a single force. Steel Overseers are generally seen as the ones most capable of military command, often through demonstrated prowess or strategic theory.
