Härtenstadt

The titular capital of The Free Cities of Härtenstadt. Every five years, the leading mayors of the free cities will meet in Härtenstadt to discuss matters of trade, military, and legal administration between the allied states. If needed, it is at these councils that a Steel Overseer is named.
