Rhamm Sunstone
Rhamm Sunstone is a Lord Mayor in The Free Cities of Härtenstadt, and the most recent bearer of the title Steel Overseer, the temporary military dictator in the Free Cities. Rhamm has been known for being an eccentric inventor, specializing in pyrotechnics and other destructive measures. This lends credence to an affinity for warfare, and an interest in using war as an opportunity to test new inventions.
