The port district is ruled by
Baron Esper, one of the nobles beneath

He has little patience for the minutia of trade deals and long negotiations, so he continues ot live in the tower he held as a knight, on the very eastern edge of Hueport. He delegates most of his economic responsibilities to

Temple of Waukeen
The temple of Waukeen is run by
High Priest Donal Fourey and his many assistants, including assistant accountant
Acolyte Jacob. The temple is rather plain and simple by Waukeen's standards, but positively resplendent by any normal standard. It's bright facade of beaten copper and gold filigree gives way to a bustling hall of trade and business inside. Most of the city's crafstmen live in the river district, and the temple to their patron God is here as well. It's a small stone building with 1 priest and 2 acolytes, but they recently took in a troupe of 6 azer who are producing some excellent creations in exchange for their accomodation.

The River Docks
The river docks are a smaller, less profitable mirror to the Dockyard in the Port District. They're run by a man named
Garth Hattern. He can't stand
Dockmaster Jayce Cooper, and is affiliated with a competing merchants guild. This rivalry has hurt his wealth and standing, but the docks still function relatively well.
