Count Hue
Count Hue is ruler of Hueport and the surrounding towns. He is widely regarded as a shrewd man, and skilled negotiator, and an excellent politician. He oversees the growth of Hueport very carefully, and keeps up close relations with all the relevant trade guilds... and the Violet Edge Thieves' Guild, whom he employs from time to time when he deems an "adjustment" needs to be made to his beloved city beyond his legal powers.
