Asher Bilige
Asher Bilige is the leader of the Violet Edge Thieves' Guild in Hueport. He has a very forgettable appearance, seeming to all the world a dark haired, brown eyed human of average height and build.
He works with Count Hue often, and maintains good relations with the Black Rose Thieves' Guild, which oversees his location. Within his territory he is the ultimate authority on all underground business and shady dealings. He is a very well informed man, and is known to be a terrifying killer.
He is very religious, and worships both Waukeen and Mask, keeping a shrine to each in opposite corners of all his hideouts.
