Dockmaster Jayce Cooper
Jayce Cooper is a middle aged Halfling who runs the dockyard in Hueport. He's a baronet, and a member of the Greenleaf Traders. He's pretty smart, very organized, and has a hardworking nature.
He typically dresses in green and brown working clothes, ornamented only with a gold wedding band and the gilded green leaf on a silver chain that represents his status in the Greenleaf Traders. He is very fond of physical delights, and can often be found at the Cracked Ruby Brothel in the evenings. Unbeknownst to most, he also uses his favorite brothel as a place to hold clandestine meetings with members of city's underground
