Founding

The weary settlers of Riddari put aside their differences in the face of almost certain extinction from fighting, plague, and external forces and form a union between the Goldmane and Goance settlers to form the KVASSI EMPIRE

The Goance forces had taken severe losses the start of the war but now were winning. In spite of winning, the Goldmane were still very capable of inflicting major casualties if the fighting continued. These casualties, coupled with the deaths from The Weeping and compounded by no re-supply ships coming from the Old World ...ever...meant they could feasibly win the war, and not have enough people to continue, and be wiped from the face of Tolesh forever. The Goldmane had thought they were going to come out victorious early on, but had seen their advantage erode. Despite being militarily superior in this fight, The Weeping had severely depleted their numbers. Also, due to The Weeping, no supply ships or reinforcements were coming.
