Su-mehr Qiamp

Su-mehr Qiamp is bustling trade city nestled on a winding river. Its location, charming vistas, and unique architecture are among many reasons why visitors come, and some never leave.   The rest of the reason is that Su-mehr Qiamp is exceedingly haunted.   Lingering dead spirits prevent mourners from moving on, while disembodied specters of the living wreak havoc in their distress. Despite rarely being able to see these ghosts, all residents have had to learn to live alongside them. Only the Seers can tend to dead and living alike. Without them, the city would become little more than a ghost town.   Between this, the annual floods, and an unhelpful emperor, Qiampians have learned the hard way that the only way forward is together.
