Tetsuya is the leader of a motorcycle gang called The White Wolves. A streetwise and pugnacious individual, he is always ready for a fight or a street race. He and his gang ride through the streets of Neotokyo. He doesn’t open up to people easily, but he can be a reliable contact for people looking for work on Olympia’s Streets, provided he can be befriended.

Tetsuya is tall with well-defined muscles. He sports a pompadour hairstyle that he meticulously cares for, because you gotta have style even on the streets. He is always seen wearing his long dark jacket, the words Crazy Diamond embroidered on the back; the jacket belonged to his older brother. He speaks loudly and has a volatile temper; he is quick to start a brawl if someone crosses him.

Personal history
Tetsuya was raised by his older brother Daiya after their parents passed away. Daiya was the leader of The White Wolves gang, and Tetsuya joined up as soon as he learned how to ride a motorcycle. He served as Daiya’s main lieutenant and enforcer, keeping the gang in line and loyal to Daiya. However, that changed when Daiya passed away in a motorcycle accident. With his dying words, he named Tetsuya his successor, and Tetsuya has led the gang ever since.
