Doctor Nines Maldonado
Originally from Metropolis, Dr. Maldonado excelled in school and graduated early at the top of their class. They were admitted into the University of Apollo at age 17 and quickly excelled in the subjects they studied. A veritable human calculator, Dr. Maldonado is able to perform complicated equations in their head and is known for being very rational. Not long after achieving their doctorate, they were invited to join the Council, as the previous member representing Apollo had recently retired.
In addition to their Council seat, Dr Moldonado is a Professor and administrator at the University of Apollo’s Physics and Mathematics Department.
