Funding its development, it is rumored he had the development team killed after its work was completed to keep the process behind the product a secret. He is the now the only known source for the formula, and controls its distribution. He has a taste for the taboo and rare, with a taste for young women and the illegal. While the drugs sales happen across Dionysus, it is often distributed by proxy, serving as a layer of protection for his burgeoning criminal empire. Currently known to be dating a woman that goes by “L” in Paradise City.
