Arcadia
Arcadia is a criminal organization that spans across the continent, the first originated from the city of Kathan but have now got know pressence in multiple cities across the continent including, Fenwick, Lhegar and Tannaman City.
For the moment the command structure is unknown and their motivations and goals are unknown other than acquiring more wealth and power. The group specializes in the transport and sale of illicit magical objects and relics recovered from the various ruins and sites across the continent.
The faction of the cartel has recently risen to joint power in quarantined city of Lhegar, it is unknown how much contact this group have with the main cartel leadership.
