  By such a decree on this document, seeds have already been planted and started growing against the most scorched remains of the sand that Kayomagus left behind. By unity, and under just decree, Queen Kesi'iloquet of the Grand West Kingdom of Kayotia has fought hard for your honor, and will now resign her queendom role, to ascend the duty for a greater nation. Every reketta has been reached out to, claw touching claw, and will bring together a force of unity greater than any other. We will be a force that outdoes human beasts. We will be a savior to our kin with broken scales, and war wounded snouts. Too long spent wasted in blood drenched history, now brings out a time that calls for recovery. Friendship. Alliances. United underneath a new crown, that stands to use your help to promote her will, and now yours, as one in unison for each other. From hence forth, this crown will not even be formally addressed as a queen by name, but as Reketta itself, for it will embody the kin in us all. Let this not seed a doubt for formal reign, as order for such a system will be sustained to keep peaceful customs and associations. One reketta, standing for all reketta.   From the city of Glysia we shall call the empire's heart, and out into the northmost sands, and beyond the east to where emerald life blooms brighter, your hatchlings may now call it our home. Not even salty waters shall stand to divide us, as the lush island to the south, and the land bridge of the south-west, another perfect vassal for imperial revolution. What was once bordered to you, and savaged by war, is now being regrown to a place we may all belong to. With the assistance of all kind reketta hearts, and the sun that warms our blood, we may work so that it can be enjoyed as the best of nectar. All such land will be recognized as Goddess Gilda's gifts, and all dignified to her children, and this grand new unity she is proud of us to partake in. It is in this document, we will amend and write forth on to attest to the wealth, prosperity, and the deeds we need to all uphold to sustain it.
