The Rekettan Constitution
The Rekettan constitution is a document signed shortly around the Decade of Cheer, signing on an idea of peace and unison, while declaring laws and freedoms alike in one whole. Over the years, amendments have been made, adding in terms like how to determine law in colony lands. It also served to help unify or push away certain divisions, like stating a belief in Titanism, and using a language that wasn't Ancient Pyritian. The document is overlooked and reformed on occasions by the internal council held in the House Tulip palace, often with the company of other crown authorities present. However drastic singular changes are rarely done, as they must be pronounced to the public, and tends to reflect badly on a newer empress.
