Queen Kesi'iloquet
Empress Kesi'iloquet (a.k.a. The First Bloom)
Kesi'iloquet was the queen of the south-west desert of Kayotia, inheriting it after she poisoned her mate who ruled as king first. She was a reketta with deep violet scales, and mixed a share of sadistic pleasure with envisioning a united realm for her species, mixing the two alike with a hunger for power and controlling it together, or tormenting those without it. Yet she wasn't too unemphatic as to lose sight of how the notion of sympathy worked, and did take steps to ensure people would 'like' her to some degree. Her methods still always involved a strategy of statistical pragmatism, like using the Decade of Cheer to check and help war-torn people while also demolishing remnants of rebels or traitor sectors, and establishing loyalties with what would become facilities like House Hunt. In the end, she even wanted to rename herself to Reketta, both to signify unity, but also as a controlling psychological measure to equate her being with control and idealism with the entire race; A fitting way to describe her odd methods, and a history leaving it controversial for denizens of her empire to even bring up her historic name.
Her inheriting daughter and line of legacy from after her would all be named Reketta, with likely some old hatchling name of personal effect that was not to be known or carried down past a certain stage. Kesi'ioquet, or the first Reketta, would be known in history for sparking one the fiercest Ezquotian empires, and a force that would last for centuries with inspired technology, trade innovations, and impacts of good and disastrous effects across the world.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
She was a slender, dainty poised female reketta, who seemed to be mostly well through her life as she lived for a long while. There is little evidence to suggest deficiencies, or odd physical quirks. Much like her tactical mind, she was driven to be sharp and quick.

- United Rekettan culture across the Kayotian continent, and partially ended a long-standing civil war - the human side of conflict on the east, still long standing.
