The Final Stone

If the portal the party opens throws them into anywhere besides the Air Plane they will immediately be attacked by 2d8 imps and will need to find a way to enter into the correct plane. If they enter the Air Plane they will not be attacked by Ohrer's minions but instead a fleat of Aarakocra guards who have been fighting off the devils that have attempted to steal the stone. The Aarakocra will bring the party to the Palace of Cloud where their emporer, a powerful warrior known as Skrella. Skrella will allow the party access to fly to the palace if they need to but says that he can not grant them the stone without the permission of the goddess who lives in the temple.    After the party sets off to the palace they will not experience troubles if they are honest with the guards. As the party arrives they will see a wall of gargoyle guards preparing to attack the devils who seek to attack the fortress. Inside the party will meet the Goddess of the Air Plane who is called Soar. Soar cannot fight since she is simply occupying the body of a Galeb Duhr with a fleet of Invisible Stalkers who will help protect the palace.    Soar does not care for the stone itself but instead the actual palace. She will say that many centuries ago a druid named Flora chose to hide the stones and Soar agreed due to her connection to the elemental planes. The removal of the stone will not cause the summoning of any protector, but after the party leaves the palace, a barbed devil accompanied by a group of imps will attack the party.
