General Summary
Decisions and Consequences
Current Date: Night of 7 Enneatyr, 994 AN (Waxing Crescent)
Picking up in the Wounded Rogue tavern, a Sludgerunner front that was being assaulted from the outside by a zombie hoard and the Souper Troopers from within. The party had neutralized most of the guards left on the premises last session, but had just enough to deal with the zombies that Maristo had left behind after leaving with Lady Izail's amulet/phylactery.
Started off doing a pretty good job of taking out the zombies, but the last couple refused to stay down and started doing some serious damage. Eventually, however, their undead resiliance wore down and the party managed to catch a breath. While figuring out what to do from there, an old face from Bilgewater stepped into the tavern and hurried them out before the wardens arrived.
Ophelia, a hemomancer who may or may not have ensorcelled them into killing someone and burning down a tavern in Bilgewater tried to figure out what had happened with their current antics and traded information with the party. She offered the party the remaining sum of what Karolin had offered them (2000gp) plus information on where Gnaur is hiding in Piltover in exchange for them destroying Lady Izail's phylactery on a ship bound to leave the next night.
So they went back to the Guild house and rested up and remembered that they had to fancy polymorphed cats that they were hauling around town.
Cat-Falique - was returned to their humanoid (Vastaya) form and fulfilled their part of the bargain handing over the bulk of the items they stole from the Lady Izail's items from her estate in Vindor: Cloak of Daggers, Wond of Fireballs, Rageknife, Shades of Night. He then bid his farewell and peaced the fuck out.
Cat-Karolin - after some back and forth threats and negotiations was released on the other west side of the River Pilt under the terms of no retaliation unless the party enters the undercity. Then all is fair in love and war.
From here, the party is preparing for a night assault on the Clan Medarda ship, Wueen Merry. Prep your spells and read your updated items.
