Dathmiri ([dæθmi:ri:])
The demonym for the Witch Kingdom of the Dathmiri.
Through centuries of steeping themselves in dark magicks, the Peridean Zabraks slowly changed colouration. Over time, the females' vestigial horns also began to disappear.

Major language groups and dialects
- Dathomirian
- An isolated and distinct evolution of the Iridonian language that flourished on Peridea and subsequently on Dathomir. It closely resembled Ancient Iridonian, having branched off sometime around 3966 BBY when the first exiles left Iridonia. If put beside one another, Iridonian scholars and theologians would be able to understand much of the Dathomirian language.
Historical figures
- The Great Mothers
- Three Dathomirian Nightsisters who once led the Witch Kingdom of the Dathmiri. Their names were Klothow, Aktropaw, and Lakesis, and they were practitioners of dark magick, claiming to be able to read the threads of fate and destiny.
