An ancient "elven" archmage with immensely empowered magic and a dark secret.
Seneca is secretly an alter-ego of Izenica the Hag. It is unclear as of yet which identity is the true one, if either of them are. The hag form seems closer to her real appearance, but she seems to be ashamed of it.
Seneca is known as the "Last Elven Sage" and was part of the adventuring party that defeated the demon king beneath what is now the Sacred Hollow.

In truth, Seneca is an elf who became a licrin, resulting in an elven woman with a long, pointy nose and a small beard. She is one of the few women who have agreed to become a licrin despite the unfitting physical changes. To Seneca, the power was worth the drawbacks.
