BACKSTORY
Discovered ability to tap into the WEAVE early in life, and being from the Faerun, set out to hone his abilties, eventually making a Pact with the Raven Queen to be her servant, desiring above all else not only power, but an extended lifespan more similar to Elven and Dwarf kind.
Was tempted to join a kindness himself by becoming a wereraven, but a dream from his Queen told him he need not become a lycanthrope to be her truest servant, or a member of a kindness. She made him a high-ranking member of the "Queen's Kindness," and tasked him with going to the Feywild to be her eyes there, and keep an eye on an impending darkness (aka Cthulhu) and help the Eladrin should they need it in their work to guard to gate to the Far Realm (aka Cthulhu's home, allies and power source)
In recent years, Cuer was told to look for a party led by an unusual Githyanki wearing an unbreakable magic bracer. He was told the Gith would aid him, but in return he would have to offer services as a guide through the Feywild to the Githyanki and his friends, as a form of "recompensation." (she was very clear on that term).
Now awaits Da'ath and his allies in the Feywild while keeping an eye on the Eladrin and the Gate to the Far Realm.
