Brüum-Avï
Brüum-Avï, or Bremali, was one of the three major cities in the Volain Forest founded as a part of the Avï-Arfarot system, which was constructed by the tribe of Kairn in the period between 10 Heta-Eimarae and 3 Yota-Eimarae, 25019 AYM. It is the central station, connecting the eastern stations (whose messages are transported via Ïpïlš-avï) with those of the western (whose messages are transported via Gavórš-Avï). In this dually important role, it became the most populous town in the tribe of Kairn, supplanting Ïpïlš-Avï, the site of the original Kairnian settlement, soon after the former's founding.
The city of Brüum-Avï is noteworthy in that it was specifically placed at the site of the Ambush of Ŋópïŋ-Arún-Khërn, which was the pivotal moment in the First Ýlëntukian War that saw the routing of the tribe of Varhoŋïð-Khalúš and their banishment outside the Volain Forest. It thus took a symbolic role as the supplanting of Khalúšian militance and barbarism with Kairnian ideals. On this ideological foundation the ruling title of Hyvamto-Rkhërn would base itself both geographically and symbolically.
