Battle of Lómóhüd
The Battle of Lómóhüd was a major engagement during the First Varhoŋïan War of 24976 AYM. Occurring on 1 Geta-Eimarae, it pitted the Lómóhüdian Expedition, led by Šðýï-Ŋökmahat, against the tribe of Maðúšýï, led by Úvremk. Although the Expedition's low numbers resulted in their defeat, a select few of them brke through the Maðúšýïan lines to reach the outskirts of Vërðïm. As such, the Battle of Lómóhüd acted as the preliminary action for further, much more substantial operations, notably the Ŋökmahat Campaigns and the culminating Battle of Ŋökmahat, both of whom have had enduring legacies in Lómóhüdian cultural memory.
