Watson
A developing district built up by the Night City Co-Prosperity Sphere (NCCS), an alliance of various Corporations (primarily of Japanese origin). Last year, community organizer Lucius Rhyne led a district-wide labour strike, forcing the NCCS to organize a general election for City Manager. Rhyne won the resulting race handily.
The western edge of Watson consists of industrial docks and shipping container yards. The corporate expansion of new construction steadily encroaches from Kabuki in the east.
