The mass of tunnels that flows underneath the city and out of the mountain. Where the majority of criminal deals and underground establishments make home.
Demographics
Nobody really 'lives' here, but there are many Goblins and Orcs who spend most of their time here.
Defences
There are no guards here, there's not much point guarding the sewers, and the criminal infestation has become so big that people are honestly scared to send law forces down there.
Industry & Trade
Entirely black market deals, mercenary hires and underground fighting arenas.
Infrastructure
Tunnels, both made for outflow and artifical holes made to hide criminal activty.
Guilds and Factions
Every criminal gang has a stake here and the sewers are surprisingly neutral grounds. So long as no one interrupts the Blood Proving people aren't willing to die for scraps of the sewer.
Goblin Gangs practically live here, sharing their shinies and inventions and offering their thieving skills to any who hire them.
If you need Orc Gangsters as bodyguards there's no better place to go.
Both The Nokrug Family and the Kuzrun Family exist down here for their deals, even though they have bigger houses above grounds. This is the only place they get along.

Tunnels carved out with manmade pathways added later for easier walking above the water. Grating to prevent overflow. And some new tunnels dug away to allow for entire marketplaces or arenas, with mild flooding.
