Mavara Soleis, known more commonly as the Steel Lady, is the Empress of the Empire of Aethenium and a political figure of great power and importance within the Mehdian States and beyond. She was instrumental in her husband Velethios Burnblood's conquests and is known as a keen tactician and an incredibly competent ruler. She was the mastermind behind the Siege of Thyras and the subsequent subjugation of Lysandros Ironspawn.
