Aleath Guild of Arcane Lore
A chantry for practitioners of Arcane Lore, both hostel and guildhall. Members include wizards, alchemists, sorcerers, psionicists, and former shamans.
This guildhall has eight resident masters and is enjoying a growing reputation as a center of learning for alchemy.
Structure
Guild Leadership - Syndicate of Arcane Masters.
The Syndicate consists of a council of all Guild members of Shenava (Master) rank. Decisions are made at a weekly meeting, and each member has an equal vote, with the Viran (Grandmaster) having a casting vote if tied. However, some of the Shenava do not bother to attend meetings unless personally impacted by the syndicate's decisions.Day-to-day management of the Guildhall is carried out by the Guild Seneschal, Renadagha, former innkeeper and part-time alchemist.
Guild Members
Resident masters
Shenava Linete of Orte (f)– A freedom-loving Master alchemist and apothecary with two apprentices.
Shenava Erepel Tyarte – The son of a minor nobleman, his clan has disowned him after he converted to the not Save-K’noran faith. Rumor has it that he is a friend of the King and the Queen's tutor in the arcane arts.
Viran Hurdis of Kail – The elderly and slightly senile Hurdis spent decades practicing and teaching alchemy.
Shenava Tanin of Aldasen - Master Tanin has spent a decade wandering the world and often speaks of witnessing the use of “dragon fire” on a voyage to Karejia. He is obsessed with unlocking the mystery of this incendiary alchemical weapon.
Most of his research was conducted on a guild-owned property in Kurnil village.
Shenava Lerissa of Alloc (f)– Lerissa trained in the arts of Pvaric astrology and history in the Kingdom of Melderyn.
Shenava Amina of Dyr (f)– Mistress Amina and her apprentice Janoste are researching alchemical enhancements to perfumes.
Viran Kolege of Osforn: Kolege – A morose and solitary man, Master Kolege originates from Emelrene, where he studied at the Berema chantry.
Virind of Ortelo – A self-proclaimed expert on the Earthmasters and psionics. Master Virind spends many evenings in the city’s rougher taverns.
Non-resident Masters
Shenava Visimar of Agiwulf – A traveling Master Alchemist. Visimar travels from guildhall to guildhall over Hârn and Emelrene to further improve his art and his much-valued potions of strength. He has no apprentices.
Shenava Riciberga of Atewerd (f) - Member of the Wizards Society of Jmôrvi, Journeyman Weaponcrafter and an Enchanter. Riciberga's father was a Master weaponcrafter, famed for supplying weapons to the Order of the Checkered Shield during Ezar’s War. She travels over Hârn, mastering the application of magical enhancements onto metal objects. She is a very good weaponsmith in her own right but has no desire to settle down and take on the duties of a master weaponcrafter. She travels with two apprentices.
