J'han Nask'an
J'han Nask'an is the fuhal of a border town, Medan. She is the mother of Vega and Khadil, and ex-wife to Balmar. She is well-loved in her community, though is known for being stoic, stubborn, and unyielding. Her leadership has saved Medan from many tragedies, and her expert skills in medicine and politics have carried her through tough times. She is very traditional and conservative in her world views, and can perhaps be overly religious at times. As Medan is a more religious village, her faith serves the community well.
The Nask'an legacy can be traced back to Medan thousands of years, going back to the first fuhal to have founded the village and planted the first Black Oak tree in Microsha. The Nask'an family has almost always been in Microsha, and they have always had a fuhal in each generation. J'han is the latest in a long line of fuhals.
