King of Vilia

The hereditary monarch of the smallest and wealthiest of the Three Kingdoms, the King of Vilia is the direct comptroller for much if not most of all foreign trade in the Land of the Three Kingdoms. Thomas II holds this position as of 2929 AT, the last of the three kings retained in the direct line of Richard Delea the Great.
