Elemental

Elemental is both one of the most accessible power sources to people of the modern world, and one of the most difficult to understand. It is the sphere of the physical world, in contrast to the mental world of its counterpart; Astral. It is associated with weird science, superhumans, and dragons.   In the past, wielders of Elemental were known as alchemists. Taught by the dragons themselves, they were powerful potion brewers, and were capable of transmuting materials from one type to another. But, unlike most of the other spheres, Elemental did not vanish into secrecy with the rise of the modern world. Instead, it developed into an advanced materials science. Modern people would just call it “chemistry”. But there are secrets of the Elemental sphere that are only just beginning to be unlocked.
